If you have chosen a self collection option from one of our outlets, our sales executive will call you within 2 working days to let you know when the product is available for collection.

We only ship to addresses in Singapore at the moment.

Returns and Replacements

All our products come with full manufacturers warranty.

If the product received is faulty, we offer a 1 to 1 replacement within one week of purchase. Do call or email us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges will only be entertained if your product is in its original condition with the original brand packaging intact.

During the unfortunate event that the product you ordered is out of stock you will be called within one to two working days to be informed. Our sales executive will recommend to you an alternate product with similar specifications, which may vary in price. If you are not comfortable with the alternate option, we will process a refund for you.

We accept PayPal as our payment gateway. If you do not have PayPal you may choose our cash on delivery option. All our prices are in Singapore dollars and include the 7% GST.
