Shipping and Delivery
- Upon receiving your order from our system, our logistics will go ahead to arrange the goods for delivery. Our sales executive will call you in 3 working days to confirm the delivery date and timing at your convenience.
If you have chosen a self collection option from one of our outlets, our sales executive will call you within 2 working days to let you know when the product is available for collection.
We only ship to addresses in Singapore at the moment.
Returns and Replacements
- All our products come with full manufacturers warranty.
If the product received is faulty, we offer a 1 to 1 replacement within one week of purchase. Do call or email us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges will only be entertained if your product is in its original condition with the original brand packaging intact.

Please be assured that when we ask you for certain personal information when using this website we do not share the information with any third party sites and the information provided is only for our record keeping. We may periodically send you promotional emails about the latest products in store or our products on offer.
We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you can shop on our site with the guidance of your parent or guardian.
Ordering
- Please note that we are fully committed to fulfilling your order after confirmation. Upon receiving your order we will ensure that the product reaches your doorstep as quickly as possible.
During the unfortunate event that the product you ordered is out of stock you will be called within one to two working days to be informed. Our sales executive will recommend to you an alternate product with similar specifications, which may vary in price. If you are not comfortable with the alternate option, we will process a refund for you.
Payments pricing and promotions
- We accept PayPal as our payment gateway. If you do not have PayPal you may choose our cash on delivery option. All our prices are in Singapore dollars and include the 7% GST.
We do offer promotion codes from time to time and you may enter the code during your checkout process to enjoy the discounts.
